Ask lets you pose a question in plain English — “what do users think of our paywall?” — and get back a quantified, cited answer, not a vibe. Sentriment expands your question into several semantic probes, retrieves the feedback that actually matches, counts it, and synthesises a verdict with citations you can open to the underlying quotes.
Verdicts, not guesses
#Every answer comes with a verdict and a confidence:
- positive · mixed · negative — what the matched feedback says
- insufficient data — when too few relevant items exist to answer honestly
The last one matters: Sentriment will tell you it doesn't know rather than invent a confident answer from three data points. Every claim links to the real items behind it.
Track a question over time
#Toggle Track and a one-off question becomes a living metric. It re-answers itself as new feedback arrives and records a history — matched volume and sentiment over time — so “paywall sentiment” becomes a KPI you watch, not a query you re-run. When a tracked answer flips (say pricing moves from mixed to negative after a plan change), it can alert you.
Tip
Great tracked questions are decisions in disguise: “are users happy with onboarding?”, “is the new editor landing well?”, “do people trust our AI features?”. Set them once before a launch and let the verdict move.
